This enredo was a poetic tribute to the "Goddess of the Runway," a personification of the carnival spirit and the passion of the sambistas. It marked the beginning of the revolutionary era of Joãosinho Trinta at Beija-Flor, focusing on visual opulence and a new way of storytelling on the Sapucaí. The theme explored the magic, the costumes, and the soul of the people who make the parade happen.
The parade depicted the transformation of the city streets into a stage for dreams, celebrating everyone from the seamstresses to the master of ceremonies. The "Goddess" represented the ephemeral beauty and the eternal spirit of the Rio Carnival, which transcends social barriers and unites the city in a single rhythm. It was a declaration of love to the spectacle and the community of Nilópolis.
Joãosinho Trinta used this theme to introduce his famous philosophy: "poverty is for intellectuals; the poor like luxury." This approach changed the aesthetics of the Special Group forever, bringing massive floats and elaborate costumes that became the school's trademark. The enredo helped define the modern identity of Beija-Flor as a powerhouse of visual grandeur.

Trivia: This was Beija-Flor's first-ever title in the top division, marking the start of their historic "tricampeonato" (three consecutive titles from 1976 to 1978).
